    Year 2009

  • Construction of GSU-52 MW at the Elets TPP (the Lipetsk Region)
    The structure of GSU-52 MW of the Elets TPP includes two gas turbine units of type GTU-20С (20 MW each) made by FSUE (Federal State Unitary Enterprise) "MMBPE Salyut" (Moscow Machine Building Production Enterprise Salyut), two waste heat boilers and steam turbine of 12 MW.
    Generation of electricity increased as a result of the plant reconstruction from 55 to 350 million kWh/year. Specific fuel charge decreased: regarding supply of electricity – from 474 g/kWh to 210 g/kWh, regarding supply of thermal energy – from 161 kg/Gcal to 145 kg/Gcal.
    The cost of the investment project of GSU-52 construction was RUR 1.4 billion.
    The first facility of the investment program of JSC "Quadra - Power Generation" was put into operation in May 2009.
  • Year 2010

  • Construction of GSU-115 MW at the Voronezh TPP-2 (the Voronezh Region)
    The project of reconstruction of the Voronezh TPP-2 stipulates construction of GSU of 115 MW in capacity on the basis of two gas turbines LM6000 PD Sprint made by General Electric, steam turbine PT-25/34-3,4/1,2 made by Kaluga Turbine Plant and two waste heat boilers of type KUP-75-3,9-440 made by the Ukrainian plant "Yuzhtrans".
    The Voronezh TPP-2 will produce more than 750 million kWh of electricity a year as a result of reconstruction. At the same time, specific charge of conditional fuel for electricity production will decrease in comparison with the indicators of the working equipment of the Voronezh TPP-2 from 419.2 g/kWh to 205.7 g/kWh, and for heat production – from 168.9 to 161.2 kg/Gcal.
    The cost of the investment project was RUR 4 billion.
    Was put into operation in October 2010.
  • Year 2011

  • Construction of GSU-115 MW at the boiler of North-western District of Kursk (the Kursk Region)
    The project stipulates construction of GSU of 115 MW in capacity on the basis of two gas turbine units LM 6000 SPRINT made by the American company General Electric, two waste heat boilers made by JSC "Podolsk Machine Building Plant" and steam turbine made by the Kaluga Turbine Plant with a generator. As a result of reconstruction, its installed electric capacity will be 115 MW, thermal capacity will equal 100 Gcal/hour. The plant will generate 817.7 million kWh. Supply of thermal energy by collectors will be 831.8 thousand Gcal a year. Specific fuel charge for thermal energy production will decrease from 155.1 to 146.3 g/kWh.
    The general contractor is JSC "Group E4".
    The cost of the project was RUR 4.4 billion.
    Was put into operation in June 2011


  • Construction of GTU-30 MW at the Kaluga TPP (the Kaluga Region)
    The project of reconstruction of the Kaluga TPP stipulates construction of GTU of 30 MW in capacity on the basis of the gas turbine unit made by the American company GE, waste heat boiler made by LLC "SDPC Barnaul Plant of Boiler Equipment" (Scientific development and production center "BZKO") and gas booster station made by the Swiss entity ENERPROJECT SA.
    The total capacity of the plant will grow up to 43 MW after commissioning of the new gas turbine. Use of modern gas steam technologies will enable the Kaluga TPP to cut down specific fuel charge essentially and lower the cost price of thermal energy.
    The total cost of the project equals RUR 1.7 billion.
    Was put into operation in May 2011.
  • Year 2012

  • Construction of GTU-30 MW at the Livny TPP (the Orel Region)
    The project of reconstruction of the Livny TPP stipulates construction of GTU of 30 MW in capacity on the basis of the gas turbine LM-2500+G4 made by General Electric and waste heat boiler of type KUP-55-3,9-440 made by the plant "Energomash", Belgorod.
    The yearly electricity supply by the Livny TPP will exceed 261 million kWh as a result of reconstruction. At the same time, specific charge of conditional fuel for production of electricity will decrease in comparison with the indicators of the working equipment of the Livny TPP from 561.4 g/kWh to 207.2 g/kWh; for heat production, it will decrease from 164.5 to 161.45 kg/Gcal.
    The general contractor is CJSC "Energoproekt", Moscow.
    The cost of the investment project is RUR 1.6 billion.
    The time of the project completion is the 4th quarter of 2012.


  • Construction of GSU-190 MW at the Novomoskovsk SDPS (the Tula Region)
    The project regarding the Novomoskovsk SPDS stipulates construction of GSU of 190 MW in capacity with the gas turbine unit of type PG9171E made by General Electric, steam turbine SST-600 made by Siemens in a complete set with a generator and auxiliaries, and waste heat boiler of type Е-186/39-7,5/0,7-515/229 (P-142) made by JSC "Machine Building Plant ZIO- Podolsk".
    As a result of the project implementation, the installed electric capacity of the station will increase almost 2 times to 451 MW. The planned growth of electricity supply will exceed 4 times. At the same time, specific charge of conditional fuel for electricity supply at the new energy unit will be 221.9 g/kWh, which is 2 times below, than that provided by the working equipment.
    The cost of the project is RUR 6.5 billion.
    The general contractor is CJSC "Energokaskad".
    The time of the project completion is the 4th quarter of 2012.
  • Years 2013-2015

  • The projects implementation and commissioning of gas steam units at the Dyagilev TPP (the Ryazan Region), Alexin TPP (the Tula Region), Voronezh TPP (the Voronezh Region) and Kursk TPP-1 (the Kursk Region) are planned in 2013-2015.
